Growing up in Southeast Texas, I was no stranger to health struggles. I had chronic allergies, frequent ear infections, and more rounds of antibiotics than I can count. At the same time, I was an active kid who loved being involved in all kinds of activities and sports, but my health often felt like it held me back.

My first introduction to chiropractic wasn’t through people—it was actually through livestock. I grew up showing animals, and I saw firsthand how chiropractic adjustments could help them perform and function better. That experience stuck with me, and by the time I received my own first adjustment in college, I finally understood how powerful chiropractic care could be for people too. It helped me experience health in a way I had never known before, and I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others find that same freedom.

After earning my undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, I went on to graduate with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College. Today, I love working with both adults and kids, tailoring care to meet the needs of each individual. My passion is helping families move better, feel better, and function at their best—without being held back by the same limitations I once faced.

My husband serves in the United States Air Force, and through that journey, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience of military families. It’s an honor to support both the military and local communities through chiropractic care.

Outside the office, I enjoy reading, baking, spending time with my husband and our two pets, Nova and Nala, and of course—cheering on the Crimson Tide.
